The room had a comfortable bed and a huge bathroom. The hotel's location was close to attractions like Ruby Falls and Lookout Mountain Incline Railway, as well as the downtown area. I enjoyed dining at Hillbillywilly's Bbq, which was within easy walking distance of the hotel.

Couldn't recommend more this place and would stay here again. The rooms were brand-new with required things, like a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control, and a microwave. The pool area was great and the location was comfortable and unbeatable, near rather hectic, other miscellaneous stores, and the attractions.

I've had a very pleasant stay for my business trip. The property was clean, the room was pet-friendly. The location turned out to be exceptionally nice, adjacent to the other areas and the attractions. The staff was amiable and attentive all that time. The food was decent for breakfast.
Well, no breakfast.

Hotel needs to make a complete overhaul. Beddings need to be changed. It seems like bedbugs have been having fun that's why there's a lot of holes in the sheets. Faucet is broke, there's a large water stain on the ceiling.... staff are not professional, not even wearing uniforms... will never book another stay in this hotel

Great staff and extremely welcoming. Hotel was slightly dated, but a great value for our stay.

Got a room with a bathtub 🛁. The staff here were really nice and respectful, and the location was super convenient for Ruby Falls. Plus, it's close to a truck stop, the Lookout Mountain Incline Railway, and other attractions in the area.

Room was clean, refrig and microwave working. Bed was comfortable. Coffee was good!
It seemed run by ghosts. Saw no one at front desk or at breakfast area. Think there were only 2 other rooms used. Breakfast was awful, no variety. (Only white bread or English muffins, only frosted cereals, tang for orange juice, no fruit.) In room only one cup of coffee to brew when they knew 2 were checking in.
